Why we called it
The 30 January triple drop: the Pokémon Day 2026 Collection (£15.99 → ~£35), the Ascended Heroes Erika/Larry booster collection (£9.99 → ~£25) and the Tech Sticker collection (£14.99 → ~£30). Everything at roughly 2x, everything low-ticket, everything gone by lunch.
The final briefing the night before was the edge: expected stock counts per store (~60 Pokémon Day boxes, 60–70 units per blister at Smyths), a ten-retailer target list, and the Argos SKUs for all four products. Bots ran for members who'd set up ACO; everyone else ran the route.
The edge
What members knew before everyone else worked it out.
- Three simultaneous products, all around 2x — a portfolio in one morning.
- Stock expectations set honestly: low per-store counts, quick sell-outs.
- Argos SKUs posted for search-by-number speed in-store.
- ACO botting offered across major retailers for the day.

Final briefing
Store list, stock counts and SKUs land the night before.
- 30 Jan
Triple drop
Members clear all three lines at ~2x before the market saturates.
The takeaway
Anniversary product at £10–16 a unit is the most democratic flip Pokémon offers. The briefing just decided who got to the 60 boxes first.
