Who runs Resell Vault?

Resell Vault LLP runs Resell Vault. It is the company named in the terms and the privacy policy, so it is who you pay and the controller of your personal data. Its registered details are in the company record at the top of this page, and you can check them on Companies House.

Resell Vault was founded by Tom and Louie, two resellers who had been members of other groups before they built their own. Tom runs the technical side, from the bots and monitors to the RV Inventory app, and Louie runs the teaching side and hosts every community call. A team of support staff, mentors and moderators, all resellers themselves, helps members day to day. There is more about them on the about page.

When did Resell Vault start?

The Resell Vault Discord opened in February 2025. Resell Vault LLP, the company that runs it, was incorporated a few months later, on 3 June 2025. The first drop call on the public ledger is dated 10 November 2025.

How big is Resell Vault?

Resell Vault has 500+ paying members, as of 13 October 2026. Its Discord is far bigger, because anyone can join the free tier. The Resell Vault Discord has 32,000+ members, free tier included, by Discord's own count on 12 October 2026.

The larger number counts everyone in the server, free members included, and the smaller one counts the people who pay for Pro or Elite.

What does Resell Vault cost, and how do you cancel?

Outside the guarantee, the terms set out when a refund is due under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, such as a renewal charged without at least two days' notice, a duplicate charge, or a service that was not provided with reasonable care and skill or differs materially from how it was described. They give no refunds for a change of mind or for part of a month.

You can cancel at any time, starting from the billing page, or through the support team on Discord or by email, and the cancel page walks through it. Once you cancel you are not charged again, you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for, and you stay in the Discord as a free member.

What can you check for yourself before you pay?

The Missed Flips ledger lists 165 drop calls made in the Resell Vault Discord between 10 November 2025 and 9 October 2026, across six categories, and 161 of them are marked confirmed after the follow-up review. Buy one unit of every confirmed call at retail, sell it at the bottom of its confirmed resale range, and the margin adds up to £15,900+. Each call on the ledger shows its retail price, resale range and status.

The ledger prints its misses as well. Black Library's Cold Covenant special edition was called at £85 to £100 on 6 October 2026; it opened at a £75 median across 30 day-one sales and slipped to about £64 the next day, still £19 to £30 over its £45 price. Topps Chrome Tennis was called at £130 and settled around £120 on a £90 box. When the 5am Argos window for Magic: The Gathering's Hobbit set was missed, the ledger said so and sent members in store instead.

In under 18 hours, from 8.35pm on Saturday 10 October to 2.17pm on Sunday 11 October 2026, Resell Vault members bought 96 items on Vinted in the UK and EU through the bots, £7,008.73 at the prices logged at checkout. Those are purchases: money spent before anything was resold.

Which sites are not connected with Resell Vault?

Resell Vault (resellvault.co.uk) has no connection to similarly named browser extensions, alert tools or digital product packs. Two websites with similar names, resellvault.com and theresellvault.com, are not Resell Vault's either, so a review or safety check of either one tells you nothing about Resell Vault.

Is reselling on Vinted allowed?

Yes, within Vinted's own rules, and they matter here because Resell Vault's bots work on Vinted. Vinted's catalogue rules say:

As a standard seller, you can't use Vinted to list items you've specifically bought or sourced to resell.

To resell on Vinted you need a Vinted Pro account, and the stock has to be second-hand, because reselling new items bought in bulk or from a supplier is banned on every account, Pro included. Selling commercially from a standard account can bring a ban of 7 to 30 days, and a permanent one if it happens again.
