Your plan is read from your roles in the Resell Vault Discord, so almost every problem comes down to which Discord account is signed in.
- The page says Free after I paid
- Sign out and sign in with the Discord account you paid with. If you paid in the last few minutes, press Refresh membership on your dashboard, because a new role can take a minute to come through.
- Nothing happens when I press Continue
- Continue stays greyed out until the hCaptcha check is ticked. If you came here from the Discord app, sign-in opens in a pop-up that the app can block, so open this page in Chrome or Safari instead.

- Open a ticket from #❓｜support in the Discord, or email support@resellvault.co.uk. Support runs 10am to 6pm UK, Monday to Friday. Outside those hours the owners and the helper team are online too, so you can still ask anything.
