Why we called it
Pokémon Center's Pokémon Day drop was a five-product sheet, and the alert priced every line so members knew where the margin actually sat. The Prismatic Surprise Box topped the table: £20 retail against £45–52 on eBay — the set's demand compressed into its cheapest format.
Drop night came with something extra: a team member sat in voice chat through the queue, calling products as they loaded and prioritising the most profitable lines for ACO users. Less a ping, more a guided checkout.
The edge
What members knew before everyone else worked it out.
- Every product on the drop sheet priced in advance — members shopped the margin, not the hype.
- Surprise Box at 2.25–2.6x was the clear priority call.
- Live voice-chat support through the PKC queue on drop night.
- The £120 Mega Charizard UPC and £70 Figure Collection were the backup lines, both also profitable.

The takeaway
PKC drops reward preparation over reflexes — the queue is the queue, but knowing which product to cart when you reach the front is worth real money. That's what a priced sheet is for.
