Why we called it
A vinyl record with actual liquid sealed inside the disc is a novelty even in a market drowning in "limited" variants. YUNGBLUD's fourth album Idols got exactly that treatment — a first-press, blood-filled LP exclusive to Bad World, with an exclusive postcard and fold-out insert, called as part of the late-June vinyl sweep.
The numbers did the talking. Against a £45 retail, early listings peaked at £271–284 before the market settled into £150–185 on eBay UK — still a 3–4x at the low end. The recap's advice was blunt: sell sooner, not later. Liquid-filled pressings are spectacular on day one and heavily repressed by month three.
