Why we called it
Vinyl is a lane where most drops brick and a few print, which makes it exhausting to cover properly. There are dozens of limited pressings a week and no reliable way to tell in the moment which ones matter.
This was the first call to come out of the scoring model built to fix that. It is trained on every Blood Records and vinyl drop the team has tracked, and it scores pressing size, artist tier, genre and how comparable releases actually sold, then ranks which ones are worth acting on. Still in beta, and this one landed.

On the day it was flagged it sold three times at £74.99 and three times at £87.50, about £45 a copy, with one US sale clearing £160.11. That last number came with an instruction attached: turn on eBay's global shipping if you can, because the American market pays more on this and hardly any UK sellers list to it.

The takeaway
The interesting part is not the £45 a copy, it is that the record was picked out of a week of vinyl drops before anyone had time to research it by hand. Getting the ratio of good calls to noise right is the whole problem in this lane, and this is the first evidence the model helps.
