Why we called it
The Sephora calendar was called on 31 August with a detail most UK coverage missed entirely: the EU version is the same calendar at €179 against the UK's £235. The UK went live on 8 September, the EU in-store wave followed on the 14th, and both sides of the trade were posted in advance.
By 13 September the confirmation came in: UK units doing £350-380, EU units clearing €225-295. The UK margin is strong on its own. Anyone positioned to buy at €179 and sell into the UK market was running close to a double.
