Discord Community Rules

Keep it respectful, stay on topic, protect each other's privacy, and help the community succeed.

1️⃣ General Conduct

  • Be Respectful - Treat all members with respect and kindness. Toxicity, harassment, discrimination, or personal attacks will not be tolerated.
  • No Spamming or Flooding - Avoid excessive messages, reactions, or disruptive behaviour.
  • No Self-Promotion or Advertising - Private advertising, unsolicited DMs, or promoting external content without staff approval is prohibited.
  • Use Channels Correctly - Post in the appropriate channels to maintain the quality of the server and avoid unnecessary disruption.
  • Help Others - Experienced members are encouraged to help newcomers. We grow stronger as a community when we support each other.

2️⃣ Reselling Etiquette

  • No Sharing Niches Without Consent - Do not share or expose another member's niche, sourcing methods, or selling strategies without their explicit permission. What works for someone is their business.
  • No Sharing Vinted Accounts or Storefronts - Do not post or share links to other members' Vinted profiles, eBay stores, Depop accounts, or any selling platform without their consent.
  • Protect What People Sell - Do not reveal what specific items or categories another member focuses on. If someone shares their strategy with you privately, keep it private.
  • No Deal Sniping - If a member is actively pursuing a deal or negotiating with a seller, do not swoop in and take it from them.
  • No Fake Flips or Screenshots - Do not post fabricated profit screenshots or fake sales. Keep it honest.
  • Post Wins in the Right Channels - Share your profits and successes in the designated channels, not randomly across the server.

3️⃣ Security & Privacy

  • No Doxxing - Sharing private or personal information about yourself or others is strictly prohibited.
  • No Account Sharing - Your subscription and access to RV's tools are for your use only - sharing credentials is not allowed.
  • Use Secure Passwords - Protect your accounts by using strong passwords and enabling security measures where possible.
  • Respect Member Privacy - Do not share personal information, private messages, or screenshots of DMs without explicit permission.
  • No Screenshotting Private Channels - Content shared in private or premium channels should stay there. Do not share externally.

4️⃣ Subscriptions & Payments

  • No Chargebacks - Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban. If you have a payment issue, open a support ticket.
  • No Refund Abuse - Refunds are handled per our Terms of Service. Attempting to abuse the refund process will result in action.
  • Understand Your Subscription - Make sure you know what's included in your tier before purchasing.
  • Report Issues via Tickets - Billing problems should be raised in support tickets, not public channels.
  • Easy Cancellation - You can cancel anytime at /cancel. No need to ask staff.

5️⃣ Community Behaviour

  • No NSFW or Illegal Content - Posting explicit, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate content will result in immediate action.
  • No Hate Speech or Harassment - Any form of hate speech, scamming, spamming, or targeted harassment is strictly forbidden.
  • No Scamming - Attempting to scam members in any way (fake items, payment fraud, etc.) is an instant permanent ban.
  • Follow Discord ToS - This server abides by Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

6️⃣ Enforcement

  • Contact Staff for Issues - If you have a dispute or problem, reach out to staff instead of trying to settle it yourself.
  • Enforcement at Our Discretion - Breaking rules may result in a warning, mute, kick, or permanent ban. The action taken is at staff discretion based on the situation.
  • Staff Decisions are Final - Staff have the final say in enforcing rules. If you believe a decision was unfair, you can appeal via support ticket.
