Why we called it
LEGO Stranger Things has a 100% track record for secondary-market premiums — the original Upside Down set went from £179.99 to permanent grail status. The Creel House was the franchise's second-ever set, timed to the series finale, and eBay presales were already at £375–450 before it launched.
