Effective as of 10/11/2025
Agreement Acceptance
This Agreement takes effect and becomes binding when you accept these Terms during sign-up or by accessing or using the Resell Vault services ("Effective Date"). By accepting the Terms during sign-up or by accessing or using our services, you:
- Acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement,
- Represent and warrant that you have the legal right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement, and (if signing for an organisation) have authority to bind that organisation, and
- Accept and agree that you are legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access or use Resell Vault services.
1. Introduction and Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our tools and services within the Resell Vault Discord server, website (https://resellvault.co.uk), and other related platforms provided by Resell Vault LLP ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Service Context
These Terms apply to all users accessing and using Resell Vault's services. Our services are designed to support reselling businesses and individual users. Specific business arrangements, enterprise plans, or custom integrations may be subject to additional contractual terms as notified directly during registration or agreement.
2. Definitions
- User: Any individual or legal entity using our Discord tools, website, or other services.
- Service: The suite of tools, monitoring services, and resources provided by Resell Vault to assist with product sourcing and reselling.
- Subscription: A paid plan that grants the User access to premium features across our Discord, website, and other integrated services.
3. Access to the Service
- Access to our Service is open to all individuals and legal entities.
- Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
- Fraud Protection: Users must link their Discord account with the email used for their Stripe payment to gain access. Access will not be granted without a successful Stripe-Discord link. This requirement is implemented for fraud protection purposes and to verify the legitimacy of all subscriptions.
4. Use of the Service
Users agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable UK laws. Users must not:
- Use the Service for fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorised activities.
- Share, sell, or rent out their Resell Vault account, Discord role, or access credentials.
- Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or disrupt our tools, website, or Discord features.
- Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to suspend, mute, or terminate access to our services for any violations of these Terms or our Discord Community Rules. Our updated muting system allows muted users to continue accessing tools and dashboards whilst restricting their ability to participate in community discussions. Warnings will typically be issued before such actions are taken.
Service Protection: We reserve the right to terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect our service, its integrity, other users, or to prevent fraud, abuse, or security risks. This includes situations where continued access would compromise service stability, security, or violate applicable laws.
Misuse of Service Functionality
Users do not have direct access to any underlying APIs or technical integrations; all interactions occur through the provided software and interfaces. Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, disrupt, or misuse the software, integrated services, or any automated features provided. Attempts to artificially manipulate, exploit, or circumvent access controls or software protections are strictly prohibited.
5. Community Standards
All users must follow our Discord Community Rules which are designed to maintain a respectful and productive environment. Violations - such as spamming, abusive behaviour, hate speech, or harassment - may result in warnings, mutes, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans at our discretion.
6. User Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and Discord accounts.
- Users must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
- Users acknowledge that Resell Vault provides information and automation tools but does not guarantee profits or successful purchases.
7. Responsibilities of Resell Vault
- We aim to provide a reliable and uninterrupted Service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
- We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms (e.g., Vinted, eBay, StockX) that may impact the effectiveness of our tools.
7.1 Limitation of Liability (Consumer Rights Act 2015 Compliant)
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for:
- Indirect or Consequential Losses: We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
- Business Decisions: We are not liable for any losses resulting from your business decisions, including purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, inventory choices, or any other commercial decisions you make based on information or tools provided by our service.
- Third-Party Actions: We are not liable for actions or changes made by third-party platforms (including but not limited to Vinted, eBay, StockX, Discord) that affect the functionality or effectiveness of our tools.
- Market Conditions: We are not liable for changes in market conditions, product availability, pricing fluctuations, or any other external factors affecting your reselling business.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable UK law
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property Rights
- All content, tools, software, algorithms, and methodologies within our Discord server, website, and related services are our exclusive intellectual property or licensed to us.
- This includes but is not limited to: proprietary monitoring algorithms, automation systems, AI tools, educational content, brand names, logos, and trade secrets.
- Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Prohibited Activities
- Users must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our proprietary tools, methods, or content.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from our systems is strictly prohibited.
- Screenshots, recordings, or documentation of our proprietary methods for redistribution is not permitted.
- Creating competing services using our intellectual property or trade secrets is prohibited.
- Sharing access credentials, Discord roles, or subscription benefits with unauthorised parties is forbidden.
8.3 User-Generated Content
- Users retain ownership of original content they create and share in our community (messages, images, etc.).
- By sharing content in our services, users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, moderate, and archive such content.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their content doesn't infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
8.4 Service Access Rights
- Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to our SaaS platform and Discord-based tools during your active subscription period.
- Access is automatically provisioned upon successful payment and is strictly personal to the subscribing user account.
- You may not share, transfer, or provide access to your subscription benefits, Discord roles, or account credentials to other parties.
- Service access terminates automatically upon subscription cancellation, non-payment, or account termination.
8.5 Intellectual Property Infringement
- If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed within our service, please contact us immediately with detailed information.
- We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include content removal or user suspension.
- We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.
9. Protection of Personal Data
9.1 Data Controller
Resell Vault LLP is the data controller responsible for your personal data collected and processed through our services.
9.2 Data We Collect - Personal Data Collected
We collect only limited personal data:
- Email address (required for account creation and correspondence)
- Discord OAuth information (Discord user ID, username, role, and authentication details stored in Supabase)
- User-submitted inventory information (items, descriptions, prices; stored in our database)
We do not store or process any payment card information directly; all payment details, billing information, and associated financial data are handled securely by Stripe as an independent data controller per Stripe's GDPR-compliant terms.
9.3 Data Controller and Processor Roles
For the personal data described above, Resell Vault LLP acts as the data controller under UK GDPR. Stripe and Discord operate as independent controllers for data processed through their respective platforms (payments and authentication). We process inventory and email data solely to provide the contracted services and comply with legal obligations.
9.4 Lawful Basis for Processing
We process personal data as follows:
- Performance of contract: Managing your account, providing access to services, and supporting order/inventory functions
- Legitimate interests: Improving service reliability/security, fraud detection, and supporting customer enquiries
- Consent: Where users opt in to optional communications or marketing
You may exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, objection) by contacting support. Stripe or Discord requests must be made directly to those platforms.
9.5 Security Measures
We use industry-standard security protocols including:
- Encryption of all data at rest and in transit (HTTPS/TLS for web access)
- Role-based access controls and authentication
- Storing Discord authentication data securely in Supabase, emails in MongoDB, and payment data exclusively with Stripe
- Regular audits and monitoring of system security
- Administrative logins require multi-factor authentication, and staff are trained in data protection procedures
9.6 Data Breach Notifications
If a suspected data breach occurs impacting your personal data, we will notify affected users and the ICO (where required) within 72 hours per UK GDPR requirements. Full details of the breach, remedial actions, and recommended steps will be communicated without delay.
9.7 Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Where you provide inventory or business data for storage and management, we process such data only on your instructions. Data is kept strictly confidential, used solely for service delivery, and deleted upon account closure or request except where retention is required by law. We do not use sub-processors for inventory or email data except essential infrastructure providers (see our Privacy Policy for details).
9.8 Legal Compliance and Data Retention
- We comply with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
- Data Retention Period: Personal data, including account information and billing records, is retained for 6 years from the date of your last transaction or account activity. This retention period is necessary for financial compliance, tax obligations, and legal requirements under UK law.
- Collected data is used only for managing accounts, processing payments, providing services, and improving our platform.
- We do not sell or share user data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law or for essential service providers (e.g., Stripe for payment processing, Discord for authentication).

10. Pricing and Payment
10.1 Subscription Pricing
- Currency: All subscription prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
- Tax Exclusive Pricing: Prices displayed are exclusive of any applicable taxes, including but not limited to VAT (Value Added Tax), sales tax, or other consumption taxes that may be required by law.
- Tax Obligations: Where applicable by law, taxes (such as VAT) will be added to the displayed price at checkout. The final amount charged will include any legally required taxes based on your location and our tax obligations at the time of purchase.
- VAT Registration Notification: Resell Vault LLP is currently not VAT registered. If the VAT registration threshold is reached and VAT registration becomes required, all users will be notified and VAT will be added to subscription prices for applicable customers. Advance notice of this change will be provided via Discord announcements, email notifications, and website updates.
- Future Tax Changes: We reserve the right to add, modify, or adjust taxes on subscription pricing if required by changes in tax laws, regulations, or our business registration status. Users will be notified of significant pricing changes due to tax adjustments.
- Tax Invoice: Where required, we will provide appropriate tax invoices or receipts showing any taxes charged.
- International Customers: For international customers, applicable taxes and duties may vary based on your location. You are responsible for understanding and complying with your local tax obligations.
10.2 Payment Terms
- Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed online using Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Payment Authorisation: By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes at each billing cycle.
- Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. We may also attempt to charge other payment methods you have on file in the system. Continued payment failures may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.
10.3 Chargebacks and Fraud
- Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team is considered a breach of these Terms.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access to our services.
- We may pursue legal action to recover costs associated with fraudulent chargebacks.
- We strongly encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback.
10.4 Subscription and Cancellation Simplicity (UK Compliance)
You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or support channel. The cancellation method is as simple and accessible as the sign-up process. No obstacles or added charges will be imposed, and cancellation takes effect immediately. Confirmation is provided via email or Discord.
11. Refund Policy
11.1 General Refund Terms
- No Partial Month Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Service Access: Refunds are not provided for periods where you had access to the service, regardless of usage.
11.2 Refund Eligibility (Consumer Rights Act 2015 Compliant)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund in the following circumstances:
Eligible for Refund:
- Auto-Renewal Without Proper Notice: If you were charged for an automatic renewal without receiving proper advance notice (at least 2 days before renewal), you are entitled to a full refund of that renewal charge.
- Service Not Delivered With Reasonable Care or Skill: If our service is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or if we fail to deliver the core features described at the time of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund for the affected period.
- Service Not as Described: If the service you received materially differs from how it was described when you purchased your subscription, you are entitled to a refund for the affected period.
- Tier Upgrades: If you upgrade from Pro to Elite tier, we will refund the prorated remaining time on your Pro subscription. The refund will be calculated based on unused days in your Pro billing cycle.
- Permanent Bans (Moderation Actions Only): If you are permanently banned from our community due to our moderation actions for community rule violations (not payment violations), we will refund the prorated remaining time on your subscription.
- Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our part, duplicate charges will be refunded.
Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of Mind: We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about the service after purchasing and accessing it.
- Dissatisfaction After Use: Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with the service after you have accessed and used the features, provided the service was delivered as described and with reasonable care and skill.
- Business Performance: We do not refund based on your business results, profit expectations, or purchasing outcomes, as these are influenced by many factors outside our control.
11.2A Service Credits and Compensation
All service credits and compensation described in this section are provided entirely at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to provide credits, extensions, or compensation of any kind. The following outlines circumstances where we may, at our complete discretion, choose to provide compensation:
- Extended Service Failures: If substantially all subscription features are unavailable for an extended period (exceeding 72 consecutive hours), we may, at our sole discretion, choose to provide service credits or extend your subscription period. This is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly due to a system error on our part, we will either refund the incorrect amount or provide equivalent service credit at our discretion.
- Entirely Discretionary: Any service credits, extensions, or other forms of compensation are provided entirely at our sole discretion and do not constitute an entitlement, right, or obligation on our part. We may decline to provide compensation for any reason.
- No Cash Value: Service credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for refunds under any circumstances.
- Non-Precedential: Providing compensation in one instance does not create any expectation or obligation to provide similar compensation in future instances.
11.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Changes to your personal circumstances or reselling business performance
- Dissatisfaction with the service after accessing and using it
- Subscription cancellations for any reason - you retain access until the end of your billing period
- Permanent bans, account suspensions, or terminations due to payment violations (fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, failed payments, etc.)
- Immediate terminations for serious violations (account sharing, intellectual property violations, illegal activities, etc.)
- Service failures, outages, or disruptions of any duration (compensation may be provided at our sole discretion for extended outages exceeding 72 hours as described in section 11.2A)
- Temporary service disruptions or scheduled maintenance periods
- Changes to third-party platforms (Vinted, eBay, Discord, etc.) that affect our tools
- Muting or temporary suspension actions (as you retain full tool access)
- Failure to understand subscription terms before purchase
- Claims made more than 30 days after the relevant billing period
- Downgrading from Elite to Pro tier (you will retain Elite access until the end of your billing period)
11.4 Requesting a Refund
To request a refund for eligible circumstances only:
- Contact our support team via Discord support ticket or email at contact@resellvault.co.uk
- Provide your account details, subscription information, and reason for the refund request
- Include any relevant evidence supporting your claim
- We will respond to refund requests within 5-7 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
- Refund requests for non-eligible circumstances will be denied
12. Cancellation Policy
12.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the following methods:
- Via your billing page at resellvault.co.uk/billing
- By contacting our support team via Discord or email
- Full cancellation instructions are available at resellvault.co.uk/cancel
12.2 Cancellation Effect
- Immediate Processing: Cancellations are processed immediately but access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- No Future Charges: Once cancelled, you will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Continued Access: You retain full access to all paid features until your current subscription period ends.
- Discord Community: After cancellation, you will retain access to the Discord server but all premium features, tools, and tier-specific channels will become unavailable. You will essentially remain in the community as a free member without access to paid functionality.
- Vinted Monitor Access: V1 Vinted Monitor filters are deleted immediately upon losing access. You may need to manually remove our servers from your Vinted account via security settings. V2 Vinted Monitor has a grace period before data is removed.
12.3 Resubscribing
- You can resubscribe at any time to regain full access to premium features.
- Your web app data (inventory and sales data) is preserved indefinitely unless you request deletion. V1 Vinted Monitor data is deleted immediately upon access loss. V2 Vinted Monitor data has a grace period before removal.
- Resubscribing does not restore access to previous subscription periods or credits.
12.4 Data Retention After Cancellation
- Account and Billing Information: Retained for up to 6 years for financial compliance and legal purposes.
- Web App Data: Your inventory and sales data from the web application is not automatically deleted upon cancellation. It remains stored indefinitely unless you specifically request deletion.
- V1 Vinted Monitor Data: Deleted immediately upon losing subscription access.
- V2 Vinted Monitor Data: Retained with a grace period, then automatically removed.
- Data Deletion Requests: You can request immediate deletion of your personal data via the manage data section at resellvault.co.uk/account or by contacting us at contact@resellvault.co.uk. Deletion is subject to legal retention requirements for financial and compliance purposes.
- Resubscription: If you resubscribe after data deletion, your previous data cannot be restored.
13. Right of Withdrawal (UK/EU Consumers)
Statutory Right & Waiver for Immediate Digital Services
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers generally have the legal right to withdraw from online contracts within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
However:
In accordance with Regulation 36(1)(a) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Article 16(m) of the EU Directive, this right is waived once digital services are supplied with your express consent and acknowledgment that this waives your right to withdraw.
For these Terms, "access" to Resell Vault is defined as the moment your Discord account is automatically linked to your subscription and you are granted access to all premium areas of our Discord community, as well as all features, dashboards, and tools included with your subscription tier.
By subscribing, you:
- Expressly request immediate supply of digital services and premium content.
- Acknowledge and agree that automatic account linking and granting of access means you lose your statutory right to withdraw and are not entitled to a refund, under Regulation 36(1)(a) and Article 16(m).
Withdrawal Exception
If, for technical reasons (such as an incorrect Discord username or failed authentication), your account is not linked and you do not receive access to premium areas or features, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting contact@resellvault.co.uk before access is provided.
14. Moderation and Access Policy
- Progressive Moderation: Users will not be muted, suspended, or removed from the Service without multiple warnings, prior punishments (such as temporary mutes), and direct communication, except in cases of severe violations including but not limited to illegal activity, harassment, or payment fraud.
- Refunds for Permanent Bans: If you are permanently banned from our community due to our moderation actions, we will refund the prorated remaining time on your subscription. Access ends immediately upon ban.
- No Refunds for Payment Violations: Permanent bans or terminations due to payment violations (fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, etc.) do not entitle users to refunds.
- Muting Actions: Muted users retain full access to tools and services but may be restricted from community discussions. No refunds or service credits are provided for muting actions as full service access is maintained.
- Immediate Termination Rights: We reserve the right to immediately terminate access for serious violations without prior warning, including but not limited to: fraudulent chargebacks, sharing account credentials, violating intellectual property rights, or engaging in illegal activities. No refunds are provided for immediate terminations.
- Harassment and Service Disruption: Users engaging in harassment of staff or members, and/or intentional disruption of our services, will typically receive a prior warning at our discretion before termination action is taken. Such terminations are classified as serious violations and grounds for immediate termination without refund. As these actions constitute serious breaches of our Terms, a refund for the remaining subscription period may be withheld at our discretion.
15. Service Availability
- Subscriptions grant access to Resell Vault's Discord tools and services upon successful payment and Stripe-Discord account linking.
- If you experience access issues, please contact us via support within our Discord.
15A. Service Level Commitment
We aim to provide a reliable and uninterrupted Service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.
In the event of extended service disruptions (excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our control), service credits (or equivalent extensions) may be provided at our discretion; these are your sole remedy for service availability shortfalls.
16. Third-Party Integrations Disclaimer
Our tools and services rely in part on third-party platforms and APIs (e.g., Discord, marketplaces). We are not responsible for outages, limitations, or changes on those platforms that may affect the functionality or availability of our Service.
17. UK to EU Reshipping Service Terms
Note: This section applies only to users who subscribe to and use our UK to EU reshipping service.
17.1 Service Description
Our reshipping service allows EU-based users to purchase items from the UK Vinted market and other UK platforms, which we then consolidate and reship to their EU address. This service is available exclusively to active Pro or Elite tier subscribers.
17.2 Service Fees and Postage
- Monthly Tier Fee: The monthly reshipping tier fee covers service access, item reception, consolidation, and preparation for shipment. This fee is charged in addition to your base Resell Vault subscription.
- Pricing and Taxes: Reshipping tier fees are displayed exclusive of any applicable taxes (such as VAT). Where required by law, taxes will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to add or adjust taxes as required by changes in tax laws or regulations.
- Shipping Labels & Postage: Customers are responsible for purchasing and providing their own shipping labels and paying all postage costs. The monthly tier fee does NOT include shipping costs.
- Package Limits: Each tier has a monthly package limit. Exceeding your tier's limit may require an upgrade or additional fees.
- Additional Costs: You are responsible for any additional costs including but not limited to: customs forms, special handling requests, extended storage beyond 30 days, or over-sized/overweight packages.
17.3 Liability and Responsibility
Our Liability (While Items Are in Our Possession)
We are responsible for your items from the moment they are delivered to our UK address until they are dispatched to you:
- Care and Handling: We will exercise reasonable care in receiving, storing, handling, and packaging your items.
- Loss or Damage: If items are lost, stolen, or damaged while in our possession (before dispatch), we accept liability and will work with you to resolve the issue through compensation or replacement where appropriate.
- Storage Security: We maintain secure storage facilities and take reasonable precautions to protect your items from theft, damage, or loss.
- Reporting Issues: If you believe items were damaged or lost while in our care, contact us immediately with evidence. We will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days.
Customer Liability (After Dispatch)
Once we have dispatched your package using the shipping label you provided, our liability ends and the following applies:
- Lost or Missing Packages: We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit after they have left our facility.
- Carrier Responsibility: Any issues with delivery, tracking, or package condition after dispatch are the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier you selected and paid for.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance when providing your own labels. We are not responsible for uninsured packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Customs and Import Duties: You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by your country. We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities.
- Incorrect Addresses: Packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by you are your sole responsibility. We cannot issue refunds or reship items due to address errors you provided.
- Proof of Dispatch: We will provide tracking information and proof of dispatch. Once dispatched, all claims must be filed with your chosen shipping carrier.
17.4 Our Responsibilities
We are responsible for:
- Receiving items sent to our UK address on your behalf
- Safely storing your items until consolidation (for a reasonable period)
- Carefully consolidating and packaging your items for shipment
- Dispatching your package using the shipping label you provide
- Providing dispatch confirmation and tracking information when available
- Maintaining reasonable care and handling of your items while in our possession
17.5 Claims for Damage or Loss
- Before Dispatch: If items are damaged or lost while in our possession (before dispatch), please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue.
- After Dispatch: For packages lost or damaged after dispatch, you must file claims directly with your chosen shipping carrier. We cannot process refunds or compensation for post-dispatch issues.
- Claim Timeline: Claims for pre-dispatch issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving notification that your package has been dispatched.
17.6 Prohibited Items
- Illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items
- Hazardous materials, flammable substances, or chemicals
- Perishable goods or items requiring temperature control
- Items exceeding weight or size limitations specified in your tier
- We reserve the right to refuse shipment of any items we deem unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable for international shipping
17.7 Storage Terms
- Storage Duration: Items will be stored as long as your monthly reshipping tier fee is paid. Storage is included in the monthly fee for active subscribers.
- Extended Storage Arrangements: In exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may agree to store items without an active recurring charge. This must be agreed upon in writing prior to any such arrangement.
- Subscription Cancellation: If you cancel your reshipping subscription, items must be collected or scheduled for shipment within 30 days. After 30 days, items may incur additional storage fees or be disposed of at our discretion.
- Abandoned Items: We will attempt to notify you before disposing of unclaimed items, but are not obligated to do so.
- No Liability: We are not responsible for items lost, damaged, or disposed of due to extended storage periods, non-payment of fees, or failure to collect items after subscription cancellation.
18. Automatic Checkout (ACO) Service
18.1 What the ACO Service Is
The ACO service ("Service") uses automated software to complete purchases on third-party retail platforms on behalf of the user. By activating the ACO service, you instruct Resell Vault to act as your agent for the sole purpose of completing purchases you have authorised.
18.2 Credential Submission & Consent
- You voluntarily provide login credentials, payment details, and/or cookies for third-party accounts ("ACO Credentials").
- You explicitly consent to Resell Vault processing these credentials for the purpose of completing purchases on your behalf.
- You confirm that all accounts and payment methods submitted are ones you own and are authorised to use.
- You acknowledge that submitting credentials constitutes a revocable, task-specific authorisation — not a general delegation of account control.
18.3 Data Handling (Local Storage Only)
- ACO Credentials are stored locally on the machine running the ACO service, solely as required for the service to operate.
- Credentials are never transmitted to or stored in any central Resell Vault database or third-party system.
- Credentials are deleted when you stop or cancel the service.
- Only the botter(s) operating the service have access to stored credentials; no other Resell Vault staff can access them.
18.4 Use of Non-Primary Accounts & Payment Methods
- You are strongly advised to use dedicated burner payment cards and retail accounts for the ACO service, rather than your primary bank card or main personal accounts.
- Resell Vault accepts no liability for any bans, suspensions, restrictions, or financial consequences imposed on accounts or payment methods submitted to the ACO service.
18.5 No Guarantee of Success
- ACO is inherently probabilistic. Success depends on stock availability, platform anti-bot measures, network conditions, and other factors outside Resell Vault's control.
- We make no warranty, express or implied, that any checkout attempt will succeed.
- Failed checkout attempts do not entitle the user to a refund of subscription fees.
18.6 User Liability & Indemnification
- You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from use of accounts submitted to the ACO service, including but not limited to account termination, chargebacks, or violations of third-party platform terms of service.
- You agree to indemnify and hold Resell Vault harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the ACO service.
- You warrant that you will not use the ACO service to purchase goods for resale that are subject to export restrictions, sanctions, or applicable law prohibitions.
18.7 Right to Suspend ACO Access
Resell Vault reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke a user's access to the ACO service, without notice, if we reasonably believe the service is being used in breach of these terms or applicable law.
19. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms when such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Discord platform outages, restrictions, or changes to their service
- Third-party marketplace changes (Vinted, eBay, etc.) that affect our tools
- Internet service provider outages or connectivity issues
- Cyber attacks, DDoS attacks, or other security incidents
- Cloud service provider outages (AWS, Supabase, etc.)
- Government regulations or legal restrictions
- Natural disasters or public emergencies
During such events:
- We will make reasonable efforts to minimise service disruption and communicate with users about the situation.
- We may temporarily suspend affected services without prior notice if necessary for security or stability.
- Service credits or subscription extensions may be provided when substantially all subscription features are unavailable for extended periods exceeding 72 hours, at our discretion.
- Users' payment obligations continue during temporary service disruptions unless otherwise specified.
This clause does not excuse us from taking reasonable precautions to prevent such events or from implementing appropriate contingency measures.
20. Changes to the Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Any updates will be communicated via Discord announcements, email, or website notifications.
- Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by UK law.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
22. Dispute Resolution
Please contact our support team with any disputes or issues before considering legal proceedings. We will escalate unresolved matters to management for review within 14 days.
If not resolved within 30 days, users retain full consumer rights to pursue further remedies, including alternative dispute resolution or small claims court.
